• The domain should be older than six months.
• Unlock the domain
• Provide us with the authorization code. (You can get this code if you have access or ask your previous registrar).
• Change the administrative contact of the domain to our email address (faster process) or to an email you have access to. "the registry database will contact this e-mail address for authorization of the domain transfer" The process is automatic and requires quick responce.
• Pay for your full annual hosting account cost with us.
• Transfer is initiated.
• If you are the administrative contact of the domain, you will receive an E-mail requesting you to authorize the transfer. Follow the instructions and authorize the transfer as soon as possible.
• Depending on the co-operation of the previous registrar, the process should be done within 5 days.

Things to consider when transfering a domain.

1. Download all necessary data from your previous webhosting account, website, email, databases etc and keep it securely for re-uploading to your new web space.
2. Make sure you are not in debt to your previous registrar, they could lock the domain and the transfer fails.
3. If your previous hosting envorolnment was not compatible to Cpanel, and unix servers, consult us before you take any steps to transfer your domain.
4. To avoid loss of E-mail in the transfer process, it is advisable to have your new webhosting account with us created, E-mail accounts configured and name servers changed to the new ones before the actual domain transfer.
