One year is our minimum hosting period. You may pay for your webhosting account upto five years ahead. |

Can I cancel my Jambo hosting plan and get my money back? |

Yes if you cancel your service within the first 30 days of the paid hosting period or new registration,we will deduct the domain registration fees which is Ksh.1500 for .com, .org and .net. Add Ksh.1000 for any of the other domains, registration, renewal or transfer fees are not refundable. You will retain your domain name. |
